Blinky travelled to Sagittarius A, the black hole in the centre of our galaxy, back in the 80s with the help of two scientists. Unfortunately, while sketching Srg A with pastels, they miss judged the distance of the Event Horizon by 0.0001mm, which resulted in Blinky experiencing spaghettification and time dilation of about 50 years. Blinky, now (mostly) recovered from spaghettification watches the stars peacefully on Earth through a telescope.

Blinky visits an ocean planet where marine life freely travels between air and water. While sailing to a small island, they spot an alien species flying above the ocean surface.

Blinky enters a planet covered entirely by a cosmic sea, it feels like water but it isn't, there're lights all around the planet including from it's natives, the Scyphapods, a bioluminescent species who give him a tour of their part of the milky seas.

Blinky visits the Eclipsecritter universe and meets a few new friends! Together they talk about the stories they're from, and have seen! Eclipsecritter is a writer and artist, Alley is a cat from space, and Crimson is a rabbit from a strange alternative reality. And Blinky explores all kinds of worlds, including this one!

When Blinky gets tired travelling from planet to planet, they find that the best place to rest is within the clouds. There is nothing more comforting than sitting on a mound of fluff while watching the warm sun shine through. Blinky always enjoys the kind welcome from the cloud creatures, watching them create shapes in the sky. And the best part about visiting the clouds is that the view is always a new sight to see.

Blinky's first adventure takes them to Kumoyume, an unreal planet made of clouds and dreams. On the way, Blinky met a huge flying creature, as Blinky was offered a tour around the planet. There, Blinky saw many different creatures and took pictures of them, they were all super friendly, and one even clung to Blinky along the ride! The planet itself feels like a dream that Blinky never wants to wake up from!

Journey entry: ​Planet Ophiuchus! Blinky is caught in a vintage comic book tempest, gliding through parting clouds as two legendary sky serpents burst into radiant light. Two metallic Sentinels hover beside their serpent gods, keeping watch over the skies. Catching the updraft in his cape, Blinky sketched the terrifying beauty of these cosmic titans to create an unforgettable journey.

One day, I was cruising through space when I crash-landed on a nearby planet. Emerging from my ship I was met by a girl and a group of rabbit headed servants clad in lab coats. The girl’s name was Juno. She invited me to brunch, and as leader on the planet she offered to fix my ship! Meanwhile, I went to explore and found an abandoned lab hidden away. Papers on the floor spoke of an experiment which turned on its creators. Before I could learn more, my ship was fixed and I was bid farewell.

Blinky was having a perfectly ordinary day in space… until a wobble, a wiggle, and one unfortunate BEEP sent his spaceship tumbling down, down, down! He crash-landed in Whimblewood, where Wizzbizz stared at the strange visitor with wide, curious eyes. A spaceship? In his forest? And so, beneath the whispering trees of Whimblewood, two curious creatures met...A new friendship was about to take flight! (unlike Blinkys ship...)

Blink lands in ████, a strange place hidden between planets where the world appears to be caught in confusion. While exploring the seemingly endless fields, they notice that the clouds, strange beings, and even their own limbs occasionally disappear and reappear. These being appear harmless at first, but Blinky becomes slightly concerned when the entities take an interest in them and they start to feel a tingling sensation in their feet. After wandering through the strange space for a while, Blinky finds a small crack and luckily lands back in Inkverse. Perhaps some places are better left unexplored.

Blinky found an ordinary-looking remote control, but when she pressed one of the buttons, a portal opened up. Filled with curiosity, Blinky approached the portal—since she couldn't see anything on the other side—and got quite a surprise: alarms blaring everywhere and broken pipes. She had landed on a giant button, infuriating the massive Mr. X-voltex, who had been busy working. Enraged, he began destroying everything in his path... let's hope Blinky manages to make it out alive!

Blinky is a little hungry so he decides to stop at a convenience store on earth for a snack. He starts eating the food because he thinks it's free but the employees tell him that he needs to pay money, so he tries to use the scratch tickets but doesn't know he has to pay for those too. In the end, he got his snack, said hi to the reflection in the convex mirror, said sorry to the convenience store workers for not paying for his food and using the tickets.

Blinky’s Date Disaster! In this illustration, Blinky tends to live on a little planet called Saturnia and meets another fella named Blinka! So, the two of them decide to go on a date in the park together until a strange UFO comes by and invades the planet. So, when Blinky finds out that the UFO took his lover away, Blinky gets mad and takes his paint brush with him to go get revenge on the UFO for destroying his date out in the park.

Blinky didn't know where Freakshow was taking them, but Freakshow had promised wherever it was, adventure was sure to follow both of them. This was also Blinky's first time discovering Freakshow could fly through the cosmos!

Blinky is traveling the cosmos meeting a superhero, Captain Comet, as both of them meet an ensemble of beings that they don't know if those beings are friends or foes.

Traversing through comic worlds, Blinky stumbles through an unseen gap within the comics' borders. Appearing within the Void, Blinky finds the space where various creatives do storyboarding, updates, post art, etc. Each artist's space is different, reflecting the individual's tastes, and many have their original characters keeping them company. Blinky helps brainstorm ideas with multiple artists, as they help open up the next space, until Blinky finally steps out back home.

Blinky arrived in a world filled with snow and trees and... more snow? And more trees??.. Everywhere he looked, there was nothing but snow, frozen rivers, and trees shrouded in mist; there were no paths, no signs pointing the way. Fortunately, he was not alone; for if you happen to get lost in the cold northern wilds, the "Aegis" will light your path with their harmonious songs, glowing berries, and radiant flowers until you can find your way back home.

Blinky decided to take a detour to the Twilight Planet, where it is always lit by the moons. It's known for its fantastic meteor showers, which Blinky went to see. Much of the flora there glows, and the animals have evolved large eyes to better navigate in the low light.

On his way back home, Blinky stops by an intergalactic market filled with vendors from all over the galaxy. In a small corner of the market, he finds a vendor selling a beautiful gem that shines in every color of the rainbow. Blinky buys it and brings it home, marking the intergalactic marketplace on his map so he can visit it again. Every once in a while, he raises the gem in the starlight and bathes in its color, the reflections dancing on his inky body like an aurora borealis in the winter.

While traveling, Blinky ends up on Earth, between the layers of reality, in the Forest, they meet Lady Death there and have a nice walk with her while unknowingly also getting followed by Makaron and a very disappointed Theatrum Mundi cat, normally visitors can't leave but Makaron mercifully chooses against keeping them.. this time..

Blinky visits the planet B-12-K and goes on a guided tour to the urchin fields where they have a close encounter with a giant spiny toad! The tour guide, Tuk is an odd fellow with very little safety concerns and a fascination with Earth. Blinky paints their encounter with the toad and includes some pictures captured by Tuk. Doesn't Tuk seem to be having a bit too much fun?! That was dangerous! At least Blinky managed to collect a souvenir.

I came to rest on planet Dorian and settled atop an affable creature. Weary, I partook in its journey to the far off horizon. These radiant beasts lumber across the land without rest, filling the air with song. The short days sounded motifs of joy. And those nights - truly my favourite hours - were for ballads and soothingly delicate symphonies. In my time there, I admired and listened. And on my departure, I found a memento in my notebook. I think it's a score.

Blinky was traveling home in his spaceship when a thick fog caused him to crash into a forest. There, Medea, a witch, offered to help him return home by casting a spell to open a portal. However, Blinky made a mistake, and a friendly dragon emerged from the cauldron. The dragon offered to guide him home, becoming Blinky’s new friend and adventure companion.

Inkverse is a big universe of artistry. Blinky flew to its many planets to learn more from artists. So much so that their notebook filled up with pages of writings and drawings of fun adventures. After the final planet of today's list, Blinky hops back into their tiny spaceship, and returns to their own planet: Planet Blinky. The planet where clones of Blinky reside. Just like Blinky, these Blinkies go to their own adventures. Blinky couldn't wait to share their notebook!

Blinky landed on Spectre, a tiny planet submerged in freezing seawater! Centuries ago, a cursed meteor struck, leaving all life in a state of being dead and alive. Stricken by the curse, Spectre could no longer receive sunlight. However, its ecosystem has adapted to emit their own vivid, ghostly glow to light up the planet. Before Blinky was about to freeze to death, a school of Ghost Fish lit up the way to Spectre’s warm palace. Their kindness made this visit a warm and unforgettable journey!

Shhhhshhhh....Blinky doesn't wanna become next specimen in a jar . It's a pocket dimension where humans have adapted to live as Chimeras . Humans are turned into Chimeras in labs to increase their chances of survival ,and any new creatures catch their attention goes for experiments , then straight under the knife....Blinky has made a mess in the Chimera lab, hope he doesn't get caught blinking.

Upon Blinky's consumption of hours worth of necromancy content online, it got him in the mood to bust some myths! After memorizing the steps required to raise a corpse from an unnecessary lengthy tutorial, a skeleton had risen, though it was a little too big, unbeknownst to Blinky he had actually summoned the "Deity of Defections" who then raised an army of fallen Blinkies from scrapped ideas. Blinky being the perfectionist that he is, promptly ran away, and totally not because he was going to become a smudge if he stayed any longer. At least the myth wasn't busted.

After getting lost from a previous adventure, Blinky ends up lost in the loud and vast "New Lark City" While exploring he stumbles into the Artist extraordinaire Art Lavender, who after taking animmediately liking to him, introduces him to the adventurous Skylark Family lead by Robin Skylark! After hearing Blinky's situation, the gang offer their (somewhat) reliable assistance to aid their newfound friend! Though not all is sunshine and rainbows in New Lark, Blinky isn't the city's otherworldly visitor, adding on to the already hostile residents, will Blinky's first ever Skylark adventure be his last?

Blinky is traveling through space when he discovers a strange planet ahead. As he gets closer, he realizes something is wrong. The planet has been split completely in half. One side is still full of life, with green fields and beautiful waterfalls. The other side is dark and destroyed, covered in cracks and glowing lava. Floating between the two halves is a mysterious energy core. Blinky gazes toward the core, wondering: “What happened here?” As he examines the planet further, he realizes a fingerprint-like imprint on the second half. That's when he realizes, this planet did not break by itself. Something opened it.

During his visit to the so-called “Glittering Planet,” Blinky was advised to visit the Cave of Goddesses, the home of the Bowbows. They are a species known for weaving large webs high above the ground, much like hammocks where they sleep together in groups. Blinky was deeply pleased by the scenery, as well as by the planet’s remarkably convenient transportation system: three-dimensional portals set up by the planet’s tourism office, allowing visitors to easily reach its most remarkable landmarks.

Blinky decided to go back and explore Earth, only to find out he went the wrong way and landed in an almost identical planet! How long will it take until he figures out fish don´t usually float above water??...

Blinky has recently (re)discovered their own planet, TADD-E! Apparently, TADD-E itself also loves to explore different worlds within the Inkverse! Sadly, it recently found itself trapped within an unknown pocket dimension for a newly-formed story portal for a month. To prevent a repeat of this blunder, Blinky and two of their pals, Dapper and Abstract, made magical paper collage maps for TADD-E and all its citizens. As the Inkverse evolves, returning home may become trickier. It’s hard to say what the future holds, but no blinker will fail to return back to where all of their adventures began: home.

Blinky’s Journal Entry #1181 Cosmic Story Wormhole -- “Today, I set off once again, drifting from one story planet to the next, when I was suddenly pulled into a strange vortex. At first, I was frightened by the swirl of random objects and visions spinning all around me, and for a moment I wasn’t sure I would ever find my way out. Turns out it was a cosmic-wormhole where lost ideas, unfinished scraps, and fragments of other worlds end up clumped together. Who can enter?
Anyone who is a member of the Webcomic Creator Hub Discord and is 13 years or older. If you're under 18, you'll need a guardian to receive prize funds on your behalf (via PayPal or Wise).
How do winners get paid?
We can send winners payment via PayPal or Wise. If you are a winner we will DM you and ask you to provide your PayPal email address or Wise account details. Both are available in most countries, but each excludes some (Afghanistan, Iran, Venezuela, etc.). Check that your country is supported by PayPal or Wise.
Is AI-generated artwork allowed?
No. All entries must be made by you and not be AI-generated.
Can Webcomic Creator Hub Discord mods enter?
Yes. Mods are allowed to take part, but any mod who enters is recused from judging, winner selection, and any discussion on those matters.
Do I keep ownership of my work?
Yes. You will forever be the owner of your work! And if, for any reason, you no longer want your entry showcased, it will be removed.
When and how are winners announced?
