Yakoru

Due to Yoko's rough past, she exclaimed, 'I hate humans!' on the third graders' introduction day. This cemented Yoko's status as a loner in the class. Now, filled with regret, she finds herself constantly alone. However, there is one exception— a boy named Hayato, who doesn't seem to mind what she said. Hayato and Yoko's story, though, is not all fun and games. The more Hayato gets to know Yoko, the more evident her problems become.
