Leo, a used car salesman from Philly, decides he wants more from life after Covid strikes and he's left with nothing to do except scroll through TikTok and apply for unemployment checks. There's a rumor of a grotesque, top-secret government project going on in the canyons of Utah and Arizona. And so, with nothing better to do, he abandons his boring life in search of an experience. Or perhaps it's an escape. He isn't quite sure.
